Duurtainingen be touring on the bike which I have to grind the speed really make D1 training of.

Now seems to be convenient intervals within to do since I have a Spinning Bike stand. Now speak to me the combination of interval duration or to combine. So think I agree 37 U.S. dollar going to spend.

So and the Ardennes Classic seems like a nice ending.
The Marmotte seems nice but maybe too high this year we'll see.

Will be difficult to D1 during a training ride MTB tour to do.! MTB is more interval.

Training in the winter means to me especially in training on a tacx and a good exercise bike. Sessions vary in duration from 1 to 4 hours. Deadly dull but that suits me better than risk being seen in the dark or bottom to go because of smoothness. And you shall have a reasonable foundation for the spring and summer. If I go out again from March it is again enjoy the surroundings. In this way, last year I prepare for the Marmotte deployed and eventually I succeeded him just below the 7 hour cycle. Curious how the Marmotte this year,……

Thx for your comment! Supertijd you drove last year, I wonder whether you can improve this year…
